„Klub Bezpiecznego Puchatka” jest programem edukacyjnym przygotowanym przez Biuro Prewencji i Biuro Ruchu Drogowego 
Komendy Głównej Policji, nauczycieli oraz firmę Maspex, który ma na celu poprawienie bezpieczeństwa najmłodszych uczniów klas podstawowych.
Pierwszy rok w szkole jest ważnym czasem dla dzieci, warto więc wykorzystać ten okres, zwracając uwagę na potencjalne zagrożenia, uświadamiając skutki niebezpiecznych zachowań w domu, szkole i na drodze oraz ucząc, jak ich unikać i jak postępować w razie ich zaistnienia.
Bezpieczny Puchatek zdaje sobie sprawę, że edukacja dzieci w zakresie bezpieczeństwa jest zadaniem długofalowym i wymagającym dużego zaangażowania ze strony rodziców, jak i nauczycieli. Ma jednak nadzieję, że dzięki tej akcji uda się wspólnie wykonać kolejny, duży krok w kierunku zapewnienia dzieciom bezpieczeństwa.
